Revision of RAL-GZ 716 successfully completed

The Gütegemeinschaft Kunststoff-Fensterprofilsysteme has successfully completed the revision of the RAL-GZ 716 Quality and Test Requirements for Components and Procedures as well as the Technical Annex to RAL-GZ 716.

The revised edition of RAL-GZ 716 was published in March and is currently available in German only. The English version is expected to be published in October.

The Technical Annex to RAL-GZ 716 was published in April and is already available in both German and English.

In accordance with the resolution of the Quality Committee, third-party monitoring for profiles in the second half of the year – that is, from 1 July – will already be based on this new edition. We therefore recommend that all quality mark holders and interested companies familiarize themselves with the updated requirements at an early stage.

To support the transition, we have prepared a summary of the main changes to the Technical Annex. This document provides a concise overview of the most significant revisions and helps users quickly identify the relevant updates.
