Recommendation: RAL Forum “Circular Economy – From Concept to Practice” on 1st October 2026

We would like to draw the attention of our members and partners to the RAL Forum “Circular Economy – From Concept to Practice”, taking place on 1st October 2026 in Bonn and online.

This free half-day event focuses on the current challenges and opportunities of the circular economy. Experts from academia, industry, and associations will present practical examples and discuss how sustainable and resource-efficient business practices can be successfully implemented.

The event is particularly relevant in light of the EmpCo Directive, which enters into force at the end of September 2026. The new EU requirements will significantly tighten the standards for environmental claims and environmental labels. As part of the forum, participants will learn how RAL Quality Marks can help companies provide reliable and credible environmental information and comply with the new requirements.

Speakers include representatives from TH Köln, NABU, Dr. Renken Ingenieurberatung, and TRIQBRIQ AG. The program will conclude with a panel discussion featuring experts from industry, public authorities, and the quality mark community.

Participation is free of charge. Interested participants can register either for the in-person event in Bonn or for online attendance.
