The Exterior Solutions market unit

The Exterior Solutions market unit produces RENOLIT EXOFOL high-performance decorative films for exterior use. They are used for the protection and surface design of window profiles, door panels, façades, garage doors and other building components. The products are available in a wide range of colours, decors and surface finishes. All RENOLIT EXOFOL films are produced with Solar Shield Technology, which significantly reduces heat build-up in the profile.
 

RENOLIT EXOFOL MX

For decades, RENOLIT EXOFOL MX has been enhancing PVC window profiles, entrance doors and other exterior surfaces with attractive colours, woodgrains and surface textures. The transparent top layer of PMMA protects the colours and designs against fading caused by UV radiation or other weathering effects.
 

RENOLIT EXOFOL PX

The base film of RENOLIT EXOFOL PX consists of advanced high-performance raw materials based on a highly innovative, plasticiser-free PVC formulation. Improved high-quality colour pigments both in the base film and in the printing inks make the film even more colour-stable. Particularly high-performance UV absorbers are used in the transparent acrylate top layer which protects the base film and the print. The warranty for this product is up to 15 years Europe-wide.
 

RENOLIT EXOFOL PFX Super-Matt

RENOLIT EXOFOL PFX Super-Matt combines the deep, flowing wood grain texture VLF with a transparent PVDF layer. The result is a surface finish that has the attractive appearance and feel of real wood. Furthermore, it is very easy to clean, due to its low surface tension dust and dirt particles are prevented from sticking. This product is based on the plasticiser-free PVC film RENOLIT EXOFOL PX; its additional PVDF layer is already proven as the top layer of RENOLIT EXOFOL FX.
 

RENOLIT EXOFOL FX

The RENOLIT EXOFOL FX multi-layer film is extremely weather and UV resistant, this high-performance material retains its colour fastness over its entire service life. The top layer, which is 180 µm thick, consists of a polyvinylidene fluoride film (PVDF), the middle layer is made of transparent PMMA and the base film of solid-coloured PMMA. Its low surface tension makes the film inherently dirt-repellent and easy to clean, even graffiti can be removed effortlessly. The warranty for this product is up to 20 years worldwide.
