The Deceuninck Group is one of the top three manufacturers of PVC window systems and building products and is active in 91 countries. Deceuninck develops modern and sustainable solutions for windows and doors, roller shutters, terraces, façades and roof cladding.

The company’s aim is to keep its carbon footprint as low as possible. All products can be recycled and are, to a large extent, also manufactured from recycled PVC. Up to 45,000 tonnes of old PVC can be processed in the Group’s own recycling plant in Diksmuide, Belgium. The reclaimed materials are incorporated into the production series as a valuable and resource-conserving raw material.

Elegant window profile series

With iCOR, the world’s first modular system for window and door profiles, Deceuninck has been able to drastically reduce the level of complexity in the industry, as sashes and frames can now be combined with each other. The series includes frame depths of 76, 84 and 115 mm with five sash designs, which offers a multitude of options for fabricators.

The Elegant 76 mm series has an outstanding Uf value of up to 0.93 W/m²K. The unique slimline, flush-fitting design “Elegant Abstract” has already won several international awards. The small rebate of just 9 mm is unique for PVC windows.

ThermoFibra glass fibre technology

ThermoFibra windows and doors are stabilised enormously with endless glass fibres, which means that no steel reinforcement is necessary. With this technology, they retain their shape even in bright sunlight, which makes them ideal for film lamination. At the same time, the thermal insulation values are improved up to U_f 0.85 W/m²K and the weight of the elements is considerably reduced.

ThermoFibra has additional benefits for fabricators: Inventories are reduced and, since no steel or corner welding connectors are needed for front doors, fabrication time is reduced considerably.

191 film colours and aluminium capping

The wide range includes single-colour decors, pearl structure and aluminium look laminates and a selection of wood grain finishes. Aluminium capping is also available in an almost limitless range of colours.

In order to offer end customers windows with the perfect look, Deceuninck laminates window films onto colour-coordinated base bodies. For windows coloured on both sides, the film is applied to an anthracite-coloured base body.
