In the follow-up report of bauelemente bau to the digital general assembly meeting of QKE and GKFP, you will receive an overview of past and upcoming industry projects as well as a summary on the topics of "Bionics" and "CO2 pricing", which were reported on by our guest speakers.

"Due to the corona pandemic, the Gütegemeinschaft Kunststoff-Fensterprofilsysteme e.V. (GKFP) and the Qualitätsverband Kunststofferzeugnisse e.V. (QKE) were forced to postpone their joint general assembly meeting planned for May until autumn and finally to move it to the net. In the public part of the event, the most important industry projects were reported on, including the further development of the quality mark into a European warranty mark, the industry's commitment within the Circular Plastics Alliance and the current status of the master data project. As in previous years, the organizers invited external speakers to look beyond the industry. On September 22 in Mannheim, the program included the opportunities offered by bionics and the consequences of CO2 pricing for the economy.
